NKC Health Total Weight Loss is nationally accredited as a
Comprehensive Center by the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement
Program (MBSAQIP), a joint program of the American College of Surgeons (ACS) and the American Society
for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS). The designation showcases the center’s commitment to
the highest standards for patient safety and quality of care in bariatric surgery.
NKC Health Medical Oncology and Hematology and
Radiation Oncology are nationally accredited by the Commission on Cancer (CoC) of the American
College of Surgeons. This means our patients receive high-quality, personalized care backed by the
latest treatments, innovative technology and access to clinical trials. To maintain this distinction,
our program undergoes a thorough on-site evaluation every three years.
We’re proud to be recognized as a Comprehensive
Cardiac Center by the American Heart Association. This recognition is reserved for hospitals
that deliver consistent, high-quality cardiac care across the entire patient journey. It’s also a
signal that we’re not just keeping up with the future of heart care; we’re helping shape it.
Our certification as a Primary Stroke Center,
awarded in partnership with the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association,
demonstrates the expertise of our stroke care team and recognizes our success in consistently improving

NKC Health's Wound Healing Center is accredited by
both The Joint Commission and the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society. This dual recognition places
